Beef cobbler. This is a relatively new recipe for me, I've only made it twice. The biscuits are baked on top of the stew. It's one of my favorites now. There is gruyere cheese in the biscuit batter. |
This is a simple but very tasty casserole that is on regular rotation in my kitchen. Rice, Italian sausage, zucchini, and cheese. Some bell peppers thrown in for good measure. |
The only thing I think I could get my family to try is the beef with biscuits. My wife will eat just about anything with cheese. Me, I'll come for dinner or lunch anytime.
ReplyDeleteYou should give beef cobbler a go! It is really good. Recipes for it are all over the interwebs. It became one of my favorites as soon as I tried it the first time.
